Cancellation & Refund Policy – San Spa
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Cancellations
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a 100% refund. You can cancel directly through the confirmation email sent to you.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. You will be charged 50% of the total package booked.
Same-day appointments are considered non-refundable.
Same-Day Appointments
All same-day appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or canceled once booked. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or rescheduling requests will result in a full charge for the scheduled service.
To avoid charges, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and completely free of charge.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full amount of the scheduled service will still apply.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling 24 hours or more before the appointment is free of charge and can be done directly through the confirmation email.
Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to a 50% charge, except for a medical emergency, in which case a $25 rescheduling fee will apply.
